What is the process of using your laundry service?
• Call/WhatsApp us on +92 322 7567320 or place an order on our website https://www.hygienicwash.com/ , select a slot for your laundry pickup, and share your address.
• One of our riders will arrive for laundry pickup, note down the laundry items, separate the clothes and add them to laundry bags, and weigh them in front of you on a digital weighing scale.
• We will wash, iron, and fold/hang your laundry and deliver it back in 96 hours (except Sundays and public holidays).
Do you offer laundry pickup in my area?
We are currently operating in the following areas of Karachi:

We are soon expanding to other areas of Karachi and to Lahore and Islamabad.
How long do you take to do the laundry?
We deliver your laundry within 96 hours of pickup.
What are your working days/hours?
Our online laundry service operates from
Monday to Saturday between 12:00 PM and 08:00 PM.
You can choose from the following slots for laundry pickup:
A. 12:00 PM – 03:00 PM
B. 03:00 PM – 06:30 PM
C. 06:30 PM – 08:00 PM
Is there a minimum order amount to avail free delivery?
Yes. All laundry orders for Rs.1000 and above get free delivery.
When do you weigh the laundry?
Our laundry chief will weigh your laundry at the time of pickup after separating and packing your laundry in our laundry bags.
Your laundry will be weighed in front of you using a digital weighing scale.
What time will your rider pick up the laundry?
Our rider will pick the laundry at your preferred time slot. We are currently offering the following pickup slots:
A. 12:00 PM – 03:00 PM
B. 03:00 PM – 06:30 PM
C. 06:30 PM – 08:00 PM
Is it possible to have my clothes delivered to an alternate address?
You can have your laundry delivered to an alternate address if the new address is within our service areas:
- Bahria Town
- Valencia Town
- Lake City
- Wapda Town
- Izmir Town
- AWT Society
- LDA Avenue
- Sukh Chain Society
- Other nearby Areas
I wasn’t home at the time of delivery. Do I have to pay extra delivery charges now?
We understand you have a busy schedule so we will not charge you extra, however if it is a recurring issue we may ask for an additional delivery fee of Rs. 100.
Can I reschedule the laundry delivery time?
Please request a reschedule at least three hours before your pickup slot.
What are your delivery charges?
We charge Rs.100 for pickup and delivery. We offer free pickup and delivery on all orders above Rs. 1000!
Can I drop the laundry at your unit myself?
yes you can drop-off at your convenience. You can contact us and we will give you the details.
Do you accept online payments?
We accept online payments, please get in touch with our customer service by calling/WhatsApping us on +92 322 7567320.
When do you calculate the laundry costs?
The laundry costs are calculated at the time of pickup after weighing your laundry.
Are all charges tax inclusive?
Yes. All charges are inclusive of tax.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
We would love to do your laundry, even if it’s one shirt.
Do you offer monthly packages?
We do not offer monthly packages.
Can you deliver sooner than 96 hours?
We do not offer urgent services as of yet. However, get in touch with our customer support team and discuss the possibility of a quicker delivery.

What kind of detergents do you use?
We use important detergents and gentle fabric softeners for our laundry services. We choose the highest quality products, keeping your laundry new.
How do I know how many pieces will fit in a kg?
That’s one of the most frequently asked questions, and we have made it simpler with our calculator. Now check how many pieces fit in a kg and calculate the laundry costs right away.
What happens after the laundry pickup?
• Once your laundry reaches our washing unit, the items are recounted and cross-checked to eliminate possibilities of human error during collection.
• We inform you of any changes, if any, before further processing your laundry.
• Unlike traditional dhobi services, our process is digital. We enter the laundry details into our system for software-generated tags. Your laundry won’t be lost or exchanged with another client.
• We then send your laundry for washing, drying, ironing, and folding/hanging.
• Our QA team checks every laundry piece before sending it for delivery.
• Our rider delivers the laundry back (in 96 hours).
What do your laundry services cover?
We offer water-based washing and ironing services and dry cleaning services. We wash your laundry using imported detergents and gentle softeners, and you can choose to receive your laundry as folded or hanged.
How soon will you pick up the laundry after I book?
Our rider will pick up your laundry on the next working day at your preferred time slot.
